Returns and refunds

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the goods ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the following conditions must be met:

1. The order still contains all the corresponding parts and components and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
2. normal use of the product is recognizable, damage due to improper use is excluded.
3. products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
4. the product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.
5. We have the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to start the return process.
- Send an e-mail to: support@byrne-grafton.com                                                  Make sure the e-mail contains the following information:
Order number
Reason for return
Photo of the product in case of breakage
Customer's first name + last name
Customer's address.

We will contact you and provide the return address.
We will never return to sender, but will send you the correct address when you ask us. Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

STORNOBAU
A consumer has the right of withdrawal under the following provision if he or she is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes primarily outside his or her trade, business or profession:

A. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Right of cancellation.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are sent. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so a refund cannot be made upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Byrne Grafton) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., an e-mail). The withdrawal will be effective upon receipt of the goods. The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.

Registration of shipments in transit
Because our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, a cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and send them back to us. You can, of course, inform us in advance of your cancellation.

To ensure the fastest possible return shipment, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to cancel this contract and receipt of the goods. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
